Your first session is an assessment where we explore your history, current challenges, and goals. You’ll be guided with care, at your own pace.

Yes, we offer a sliding scale based on financial need, including for Indigenous clients. Just let us know in your consultation.

Yes, our therapy sessions are covered by most insurance providers. Please check with your provider directly.

Yes. We send journal prompts, guided meditations, and mindfulness exercises by email, along with helpful resource links to support you between sessions.

All payments are made online at the time of booking. We use Stripe to process payments securely.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance via Calendly or email. Refunds are processed through Stripe and take 5–10 business days.
